Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I just started my second week with Derek, and I'm very pleased with the results. Before I started, I had gained some stomach fat while on vacation in Europe. It's mostly gone now, but most surprisingly, I feel more pumped all the time. My upper body looks a bit larger, and my strength is at least back to where it was before I stopped lifting for two weeks. Good stuff.
