Hey ChuckRD,

I have been lifting for about 5 years now and have changed my body drastically. When I first started I weighed 220 lbs of pure fat. In about 6 months (after vigorous running/diet) I lost about 70lbs, granted when this happened I was eighteen. After losing focus on weight dropping, I turned towards building up my body towards a leaner, muscular build. Long story short I weigh about 215 and am probably 20% body fat and am in a rut. I have a flabby midsection, and am severely disappointed (even at my thinnest) the lack of definition my body has. I am a bulky fellow no doubt but I feel as though perhaps I need a new approach. I would like some pointers to drop the belly and shred up with out losing my strength. I know I am blabbering on, and on about myself but I just want to make clear what it is I am asking you. I consider myself pretty strong for my age, but I feel I lack the "look" that I want. In other words I don’t look the way I am strong.

Any suggestions you give me is appreciated.
