Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: So a question to all the experts and other people who have gone to such lengths??.. What is the best way to lower BF% and get that 'cut' look??.. I lift 3times a week and do cardio 3 times a week..these being on oposing days..My cardio sessions are 45mins of intense running,rowing,stairmaster and crosstrainer,followed up by 10minutes boxing on the heavy bag... My weights sessions are like most Chest,shoulders one day Arms,back 2days later So on and so on... I diet with a a low carb/high protein diet although i feel the results could/should be better...
