Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: This has been my PWO shake/meal/sludge for the past 2 years now. With the recent thread titled "Sludge", I read up and thought it was pretty similiar to what my own sludge is, except my mom named it "moosh". Below are some pictures and a step by step preparation for my very own MOOSH! 1. Thaw 7 frozen strawberries for 45 seconds. 2. Moosh with a fork until ice cream like consistency is reached. 3. Add 2 scoops of chocolate or other flavored whey protein. 4. Mix until fluid and all whey is mixed. 5. Add 1 small apple sliced into cirles. 6. Eat and enjoy!
