Hi, new poster here got a question, I still have fat infront of my abs but when I flex and press on it hard with my fingers I can feel the abs underneath. I dunno what it's called, but the top pair of my abs seem to feel larger than the rest. Howcome? Here's what I do, I do crunches, don't count just however many I can last, then straight to bicycle kicks and don't count, same thing then straight back to crunches, do that 2 or 3 times on a certain day, then the next day I do some excercise I forget the name but your lieying down flat then pull your legs in and your chin up, don't count (ok I don't count anything haha just go however long I can last) then straight to reverse crunches then straight to scissor kicks, do that 2 or 3 the day after then day after that rest day
Am I doing something wrong with some excersise that the top pair feel larger than the rest, or is it the way I do my crunches, coz when I do them the top pair do hurt more than the middle
Thanks....... sorry for the long post :P
