Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I recently added Yates rows to increase my upper and middle back development and it seems to work great. For lats though I go a little lower than 45 degrees. I say about 30-35 degrees and sometimes a little lower hits the lats more. It is probably slightly different for everyone depending on their build though.
