Down lower (closer to parallel to the floor) will work more down lower more like a seated row position. Hand spacing wide elbows out overhand grip = upper back rear delt elbows more tucked in and/or underhand grip = more mid to lower lat Best advice Experiment! use 50-75% of your normal weight and do slow reps with a hard squeeze at the top for 15-20 reps. See what YOU feel burning. That's what your emphasizing! Then decide what part of the back needs the work and do which ever version you FEEL there MOST. Good luck... oh yeah don't forget your deadlifts!!!!
