Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Thanks Defiant1... I can't believe ANYONE would argue with high rep exercises. I won't use my own opinion here: Ronnie Coleman's video - he specifically states doing 4 set exercises starting at 16 then 12,8,4 adding weight along the way! Now - my personal belief: if you're doing under 5 rep exercises you better be on steroids and look beefy with veins popping out. If not, the rest of us "skinny guys" should be in the 10-15 range. I deadlift 315 for sets of 6-8 at 8-10 reps - I warm up with 15 reps X2.
