On the other hand, damaged goods originally worth little even if they were in excellent or mint condition are no bargain. I don't know about the rest of the US, but where I live the highest prices for antiques and collectibles (often damaged) can be seen at flea markets. IMO, the definition of bargain, discount, and low price has been altered in recent years by Wally World and the like to mean that any item is worth a look if the price is low. I don't see Ebay's advertising as an invitation for a 24/7 frenzy for bottom feeders. I like a bargain...who doesn't? Yet there are many things I would never buy even for a penny, nor would I take them home for free. Yet you can find this type of item now in Ebay Stores. Sure, some junk sellers will stay on and pay the higher fees but I am guessing a lot of them won't. Ruby Lane won't see any junk sellers storming the gates, but a few of the other malls need to look at rasing their drawbridges, pronto!
