She was using him because she Jimmy Grants, her boyfriend, left to see him and never came back. She used Leonard to kill him. Teddy is a crooked cop who told Leonard that Jimmy Grants was his man. Leonard's tattoo said Jon or JAMES G. James = Jimmy. I don't think he did it, but Teddy told him to kill him so Teddy could get 200 Grand and the Jaguar. That's why he was always asking for the keys to the car. Dodd is of no significance. Natalie just didn't want him around, because she saw him as a threat. Sammy is Leonard. The two men, one of whom Leonard killed didn't kill his wife. They only raped her. Leonard killed his wife by injected her with too much insulan.
