Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: If you're still serious about learning other peoples' songs before writing your own, and you're too stupid to go to another site, save up $30 and get a copy of The Real Book. 400 songs just waiting to be learned, and you'll have to force yourself to read traditional notation, too, which is an infinitely better skill to have than reading tab To play devil's advocate, correcting the mistakes of amateur tabbers is a good first step to developing one's ear for transcribing. Of course, most people who have to use tabs probably aren't the type who'd catch the mistakes, so that nullifies my point here.
