And yes, Painter saves files, when crashing, BUT all the files saved so far cannot be opened anymore! I have a whole bunch of emergency saved files, that are lost, they are damaged. Maybe these malfunctions are only in the german version!? Okay, but as I told, I am now in contact with someone caring about the errors, and I hope it helps!
