Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: That was crazy. It's good have a bit of light creaking in from the door, it does crazy things. During "Great Gig" and "Us and Them", the light started to fuzz really fast, and if you didn't concentrate on it, it would look like stars going really fast. I hadn't inspected the closet before, and there were a lot of lamps stacked together, so the light from the door hit them, and made interesting shapes. In some instances, if you moved at the right speed, they would change colors and enlarge. At the end, as the final countdown began ("All that you see"), the light started to dim. On que, I opened the door, and all the colors of the room bounced for a split second. Amazing. I'm defintly doing that again, some Sigur Ros maybe? Or Talk Talk?
