I only have a minute but I'll give you the first few crits that came to my mind: - It works but is quite basic and a little mundane. - Too many fonts! Header has a font (or two), the "Welcome" is completely different from the square fonts above, the buttons also look dinfferent, and then you've got your regular text. - The buttons could use a mouse-over highlight, and little lines between each button make it look like a failed attempt at a consistant background going across the buttons horizontally. - the basic blue background seems to havea repeating pixel problem, and doesn't do anything for the site. The 'cloud' bar along the bottom doesn't really do anything either. It's a start, but could definitely benefit from some spicing up.
