I never really make tutorials, but I could suggest that you train yourself to identify fonts quickly. As it turns out, there are really only about 15 or 20 fonts that almost every commercial designer uses (Helvetica, Trajan, Garamond, Baskerville, Rosewood Fill, Etc.) and if you can identify them quickly, recreating a design is easy.
