Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Here is my diet, I try to eat something similiar to this every day, but it varies a little bit. Please feel free to give suggestions or critique my diet Meal 1(7:00 AM) 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs whole, orange juice. 833 calories (56g protein, 105g carbs, 21 g fat) Meal 2(10:30 AM) tuna or whey, fruit approx 300 calories(25g protein, 40g carbs, 5g fat(?)) Meal 3(12:00 PM) Ham and cheese sandwich, 6oz Chicken breast wrap, yogurt, apple. approx 600 calories (50g protein, 85g carbs, 15g fat) Meal 4(2:30 PM) 6oz Chicken breast wrap, banana(or some other type of fruit) approx 500 calories(40g protein, 60g carbs, 10g fat) Meal 5(4:00 ish PM) usually just a pop or something approx 200 calories(50g carbs) meal 6(5:30-6 ish PM) This is also my preworkout meal. Usually some meat, rice or potatoes and veggies, with milk. Approx 500 cal(30-50g protein, 50-80g carbs, 10-20g fat) 7:00 - Workout Meal 7 (PWO) Prolab nLarge2 600 calories(52g protein, 88g carbs, 6g fat) Meal 8 (10:00 PM) cottage cheese and 1 tbspn olive oil. 300 calories(30g protein 3g carbs, 20g fat) Total: 3833 calories! Holy shit thats alot. I probably overrated most of the foods, and will not have the pwo drink on non wo days (will have milk instead) but thats still plenty of calories for a bulk i would think.
