Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Wed September 27, 06 Decline Bench: 115x6; 105 3 sets of 6 Flat DB Bench: 35x3; 40x3; 45x2,x1 Pullups: 6,8,6,6 Shrugs: 55x8,x8; 60x8,x6,x8; 70x6 Tricep Pushdowns: 70x5,x7 This felt like a good workout. Thought I would mimic boyscout by doing alot of shrugs, and I felt it was a good decisions. The Tricep Pushdown machine here seemed more difficult than the one I was used to, hence the lower weight. Going to workout thu and fri, then start a 5 day split next week.
