Although, I need to focus on keeping everything under control through the lift or I'll pay for it when the lifts increase. Bench 5 X 85 5 X 105 5 X 125 5 X 145 3 X 175 8 X 125 I love the bench. All of the sets were pretty easy. Moved my grip in a fraction and the lift felt more natural. It wasn't stressing my elbows and wrists like it was on Monday. Row 5 X 55 5 X 70 5 X 85 5 X 100 3 X 120 8 X 85 Based on feel, I think I am getting more out of these than any other exercise at the moment. I don't really feel anything in my legs after squats, I never feel anything after my bench, but I feel somewhat tight for a couple days after rows. Chest Dips 3 Sets of 8 @ 7.5 lbs Easy & increasing to 10 lbs next week. Felt stupid when it took me a couple minutes to figure out how to rig the weight onto the belt. I could've sworn I heard someone say, "WTF is he doing?" At least someone got some entertainment from it. EZ Bar Curls 3 Sets of 8 @ 75 lbs Used the correct weight this week. Blew through the sets pretty easily. Increasing to 80 next week. DB Triceps Ext. 1st Set - 25 lbs 2nd & 3rd Set - 20 lbs My form in the 1st set was horrible so I decided to drop back to 20. I am going to look up the form on these because I don't really feel anything in my triceps and I just feel awkward when doing them. I'm thinking of switching these out with another exercise. Any opinions on what the best overall tricep exercise is (as in what will make them strengthen fastest)?
