I'd also look into a a thermo-electric kettle, a 20 qt jobbie, they aren't that expensive, and just need a 30 amp breaker. Then the little stuff that adds up very fast: Some kind of invoicing system, custom printed invoices, packaging materials--that's the biggie, websites, advertising...
