I wouldn't take your winrate in them as a sign that you're definitely ready to move up. It's a good idea to find a LAGgier game at smaller stakes to work on, because 10/20 is going to be LAGgy pretty much no matter where you play it, and that goes double for anything higher. Especially trying to increase your aggression and learn to beat a LAGgy game at the same time is a very bad idea, since playing against the LAGs often involves a lot of value-calling.
