Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Whether you think your advice is "backed" by a doctor it is rather poor advice. I have taken fish oil and a combo of fish/flax/borage for over a year with no problems whatsoever. What really makes your advice bad? Before taking fish oil my cholesterol test was very poor. High on the bad and low on the good cholesterol. After 6 months of the fish/flax/borage supplement my test came back in the normal range. I am convinced it was this supplement that made the difference. Why? Because at the time I was dirty bulking with fast food and the worst crap but my cholesterol got better. Fish oil is without a doubt one of the healthiest supplements recommended in a weight lifter's regimen. I don't like it when people trash healthy supplements that have a proven track record for positive results. tomb Original of the message was taken from http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ Previous Post: Look, I'm not trying to start an argument here at all.
