This is a copy of an email sent 3 times to Ebay.com - Guess what, no reply.

Sir,

Last week Ebay UK changed the item listing pages from "Ending Now" to "Starting Now".
Beacause of these changes sellers like myself, many hundreds in fact have complained on the community boards regarding lack of bids and no sales because items ending now are in some circumstaces 120 pages from the front page.

Ebay for me is a full time occupation and I have seen my sales fall by 80% in the last few days. I spend $20,000 + a year with ebay on Listing and Final Value Fee's which if you cannot change the default listing to "Ending Now" will cease because I cannot make a profit to continue selling on ebay. From the reaction on the UK community boards I will not be alone.

Further to this I asked the moderators of the boards if they could give me the name, address and email address of the UK M.D., I was told not to bother as I would not be able to see/speak to him, do the senior management of ebay want to know why revenue and PROFITS are down because of a stupid error of judgement by someone within ebay or not?

Can you please advise when the listing pages will default to "Ending Now".
