Yesterday i did about 6 sets of 16 reps on the bench but this morning I fealt no burn. I am 16 and I'd say I am above average strength for my age so how much should I be benching and how many sets of how many reps? Btw I was benchin 15 on each side on a 20 bar.

if you can do 6 sets of 16 of any thing your lifting, it's to light.

you should up the weight until u can only do between 6 and 8 reps, and...

if your going for strength up the weight and lower the reps to 3-5, if...
