well like all my friends are 15 and I'm 14 and they're all just like massive compared to me and they barely know anything about working out or nutrition. and it's not just muscle-wise their feet, hands, etc. are bigger than mine too. so I figured the only explanation is maybe your growth hormones sky rocket when you're 14. any truth to this?
