I'm trying to bulk, and I know cardio everyday is bad for bulking, but I also know sleeping is good for bulking.

I'm a problem sleeper. On regular days, no matter what I do, I can only get about 7 hours sleep. I can go to bed early, go to bed late, get fixed sleep patterns, get up early, etc. I've tried lots of things, but the thing that helps me sleep the most is cardio; I get a good nights sleep when I do some cardio in the afternoon.

My question is, does the negative effect of cardio (everyday) on muscle building outweigh the positive effect on muscle building of sleeping?

ei. Will I get better gains if I sleep less and don't do cardio or if I do cardio everyday but sleep more?
