Hey, I'm 16, 5'7, 138 lbs and my goal is to lower bf from 12% to 8%.
Iam want to MAINTAIN my muscle, so would squats be for me, as i dont have a barbell, but am willing to get one if it is necessary to meet my goals. My week goes something like:

Mon/Wed/Fri - Workout A
?Squats? - 2x8
DB flat bench - 3x8
DB bent rows - 3x8
Wide grip pull ups - 3x8
Seated OH DB press - 3x8
DB bicep curls - 3x8
Hyperextensions - 3x8
Weighted tricep dip - 3x8
Wrist curls - 3x8

Tue/Thur/Sat - Cardio = HIIT or LIT x 45 min

So would this routine meet my goal, are the squats needed to meet my goal and are there enough rest days ??
Sorry about all the Q's, just trying to get all the info i can.
