During my last workout i came up with a new workout for myself so i just want to see what you guys think of it. I did a full body workout now its sorta more split.

Day 1
-Bench x 3
-flies x 3
- another chest exercise nt sure what it is called but i use the machine at home
- hammer curls x 3
- barbell curls x 3
- squats x3
- lunges x 3
- leg raises x 3


Day 2
- Lat raises x 3
- Military press x3
- deadlift x 3
- tricep extensions x 3
- weighted dips x 3
- forearm curls x 3 -
- lat pulldowns x3
- rows x 3
- calf raises

I workout every second day and every second workout i swap these two around.
