hey guys just posting for my brother!!!!

weight: 213 pounds
height: 6ft 2

breakfast 8am
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-2 eggs
-2 fish oil tabs

11am
- 1/2 cup almonds
- piece of fruit

1pm
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
-1/2 cup of broccoli

3pm (preworkout)
-1 scoop of ON whey

5pm (postworkout)
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 2 scoop of ON whey

7:30pm
-steak/chicken
-any kind of vegetables

9:30pm
-1/2 cup of cottage cheese
-2 fish oil tabs

also take a lipo-6 tablet about half n hour before breakfast.... he is currently lookin to cut to about 198 pounds.... would this be a sufficient diet in order to lose bodyfat whilst maintaining majority of muscle.....

workout
monday- chest/tris
tues- shoulders/bis
wed-legs
thurs-back
fri-chest
saturday-cardio

he does cardio minimum 4 times a week for approx half n hour each session.. would this be enough to promote fat loss or not????? any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.
