Hi

My "about me" page on eBay has been deleted! The page was working fine earlier then about 1 hour later, I wanted to go to the page and it was gone! The page is now completely blank except for the word "default" in the top left hand corner. I am really angry because the page took me a long time to design! I went to eBay Live Help and they did anything but help. In fact the guy sounded bored and his attitude was "what do you want me to do about it?". Kind of makes a mockery of the term "Live Help"! I expected him to be able to look up some kind of a log and tell me if there was any technical problems with eBay or if the page had been deleted for violating an eBay rule, something like that. Instead, he tells me to put the "complaint" in writing to eBay! How long will eBay take to respond to any written complaint? Probably WAY too long!

Has anyone else had their "about me" pages deleted or messed about with by eBay? Does anyone else feel let down by "Live Help"? Any suggestions why my page might be gone?
