ok guys ive been out of school now for 3 years and havent worked out in about that long. ( until last week ) i joind the milliatry and ship out in like a month so i need to get back in shape as quick as i can. i quit my job so i can devote all my time to get'n in shape but i dont have much of it so i dont want to waste it. i have a bowflex so i can use that for strength training but should i do it every day or every other day. i bought some whey to help with my protein levels. so sould i use that befor or after my work out n how many times aday. also i read some where to use it with milk instead of water. is this true. then what about running should i do it every day once aday or will i get better results from doing it a couple of times a day? same gos for the push-ups and sit ups. id like every one to know that i dont want to be a body builder i just want to get back in to great shape as quickly as possible n need any help i can get with it. with all that bein said plz help me.

take ur whey whenever u need protein, but always take it after a worko...

if you can do more than 30 pushups in a set i suggest putting your fee...

If you're going to pick one time, I'd say eat whey post workout.
