Posted at September 27, 2013, 8:38 pm: Ok. My body stats--- Height-5'7 Weight-150 Ok. This is the deal. I signed up for my High Schools Bodybuilding class for my sophmore year and the class starts in January, so i have some time to build. But i dont want to be the kid in the class that has NO clue whats going on and what does what, becuase the class is all grade levels. General Info- I am pretty muscled in a few places. My legs and thighs are great since i ride my bike 6 days a week for about 45 minutes per day. My arms have some definition, but nothing to be excited about. My stomach is harboring the fat tho. Its not fat just a little chubby. I can see the top ab muscles right under my pecs at all times, so its mostly my lower stomach, and its probably from drinking pop all the time. My pecs have some definition, but its not the pushed out and rounded look tho. I just have nooo idea how to go about doing this, and i was wondering if i could get some help with creating a plan of some sort. I dont need someone to make up the whole plan for me, just help me along. I dont think i can be CUT and trim since my legs have ALOT of definition (from riding my bike, see above /\) but they are more thick and big and not really trim and toned, so i think my whole body will be that way, but like i said earlier, i have NOO idea about all of this. So. I was wondering if some people could help me along with making me understanding this a little more?
