Supposedly ebay will allow one free relisting after a non-paying bidder. You have to have filed a full final value fee credit and the listing with the npber has to have started after Feb2nd, then you're supposed to get a free relisting, but I can't seem to ever get a credit. Ebay says it's working. Anyone else having this problem??

Or asked another way, has anyone seen a credit for a successful sale of a relisted auction that ended with a npber?
