Hey i dont know much about diets but this is how i got my diet set up....Critize plz


6 A.M - Protein Shake/Oatmeal Shake

9 A.M - Tuna Sandwich

12 A.M - Granola Bar

3 A.M - Chicken Salad/Fish Salad

6 A.M - Protein Shake

9 A.M - Turkey Sandwich


Help me out a little plz cuz ive stayed in 152 lbs and im 5"11 for like a month
and im doing cardio twice a week
