i kinda need help i take no explode before i go to the gym(boxing gym) i shadow box for 2-3 rounds(1 round= 2-3 min) hit the bench press about 5-6 set repping 185 and max out 220 then use the pull up bar doing as many sets as i can repin10-12 then hit the punching bag for 3 rounds maybe more depends on how i feel some days i might spar ill do crunches with a 15 lb medicine ball do 3 sets of 100 and 2 sets of 100 with 25 lb weight then go home i might do push ups or use 25 lb dumbels for bi's n tri's n do some back work then take tr complete protein shake. i need some advice is my work out ok need to change it up or can u give any critizim. im currently 5'11 weighing 160 and 17 years old
