Hi guys, i think i found there's quite a number of asians around here as i can see.
But i try to find some answers by searching around and it seems cant find the actual solutions needed as we so called "asians diet" is so full of carbohydrates.
Protein is so scarce especially without dishes like fishes, chicken and other meats.

I only had choice of eating pork, and rice and many other foods are all noodles, and everytime when i see noodles or rice i try to avoid them as they are high carb foods and even my rice i usually cut half of my usual meals and try to supplement it with more veggies and proteins. Though proteins is so hard to obtain except from my damm protein shakes which only gives me 29g per day and plus them all at most less than 50g.

Is there any other way i can gain more protein by scouring other protein sources ? Perhaps anyone who have stay or researched on Asian food can give some advices on this ? I'm sure this thread will benefit most of you especiialy in dieting.

well ur asian so ur metabolism is most likely very high i wuddnt avoid...

Okay icic, so which means i have to live with what i have around me.

Maybe you should stop cardio, so that you don't burn away the good cal...

Well cardio is still important to me coz i have fats around my chest a...

Maybe in your situation it would be best to go on bulk and cut cycles.
