Hey guys, i really think im starting to over work my muscles, but im seeing results.Heres what ive been doing. I am doing this mon-wed-fri-sun, this is all at my house, i do not have access to a gym right now so it makes it hard. Im looking for mass, which is why theres a good amount of weight. All are at 3 sets of 8.

standing curls- at 75pd

consentration curls- 40pd

bench-150 (no spotter and im alone, so im not doing anymore weight)

rows-40pd

Arm raises, to the side and front 20pd

over head triceps at 40pd


i throw abs and legs in there too, but this is my upper body.

5'9 165pd, 14.5arms.
