I noticed that when i powerclean or deadlift a large amounts of weight sometimes my hands bleed and i was wondering if other people experience this. Do lifting gloves help a lot? I figured they might allow me to do more weight because the bar wont be cutting my hand (not that it's that painful but i wouldnt want blood on the bar if i were someone else.) I dont have weak hands either, ive worked a lot of my life,been BBing for awhile and played guitar for years.
