I'm new to weight lifting. I have tried it several times before, but I'm serious this time. I understand for about 6 weeks I should follow a fullbody routine and afterwards continue with a split. Can someone post a good fullbody routine for 3/4 days a week? I also understand that I need to eat like a horse. I'm 5'9" and weigh 150 pounds, so I should eat about 3500-4000 calories a day? What percentages of carbs/protein/fat should I be eating? What can I do if I don't like tuna?! Thanks, Rob.

At 150 pounds I think 3500 calories is a bit excessive.

yeah i'd prob agree.

3000 is fine, 2000 is way too low.

For protein id say at least 1.
