i have been told countless number of times that your body cannot develop muscle while on a caloric deficit, yet i am 100% sure that i have gained some muscle over these two past months of dieting. the new muscle is most notable in my forearms, lats, and chest, where i am sure that development has occured, as the muscles have increased in size. can someone explain to me how this is possible?
