Hi i was just wondering if i should be working all my muscles 3 times a week. My workout days are on tuesday and thursday and saturday. On tuesday and thursdayand saturday. I do chest, backs, triceps, biceps, shoulders, arm, and legs. The reason why i workout all my mucles in one day is because im new to lifting instead of most of npeople say lift each muscle once a week. IM 5.2 and 140 pounds.
