Well, since I have started lifting weights in Febuary of this year I have been getting stronger, but I haven't been gaining any weight (I don't eat much through out the day). I've decided to change my eating habits and what weights I am lifting in order to bulk up.

I will also start taking more supplements:
- Multivitamins
- Whey Protein Powder
- Creatine
- Flax Seeds & Flax Seed Oil Capsules

- The numbers above will depend on how much I can actually shovel down (I'm not yet used to eating a lot).
- I didn't include the nutritional info on the fruits/veggies mainly because which ones I eat change from day to day.
- Throughout the day I drink about .25 gallons on Milk and .5 to 1 gallon of water (Usually Propel).
