Hello i am 15 years old and i would like to get bigger, i purchased some dumbbells and i made this routine , please can you check it out and tell me good and bad things about it because it is my first time to do this . thanks

i want to get a bigger arms, legs and shoulder for now

- Dumbbell curls biceps 4 sets of 20 reps
- Shoulder shrugs 4 sets of 12
-Front elevations (deltoids i think) 4 sets of 12 reps
- lateral elevations, 4 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbell Squats, for the legs, if anyone got any exercise with dumbbels that workout the legs , it would be nice to show them.

every two days, what do you think. ? please don't brush me

Ok first thing is, 20 reps for biceps is way to much, aim for 12 max.
