is it a waste to eat over a certain amount of protein per meal or like in an hour or 2? Im trying to gain lean mass and I have muslce milk and I eat alot of protein like chicken and tuna but I was wondering if its a bad idea after I eat tuna or chicken if its a waste to drink a protein shake with it
