Ive been making good gains and gettin alot bigger but have noticed that im gettin slower and less mobile. What does everyone else do to stop this from happening. Is doing stretches enough... i try to swim at least once a week to keep my fitness up but im worried that soon ill become one of those people who walk really stiffly.

PS. how long do I do stretches for and do it do it before, during and after my workout?

in cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-25 minutes
