I have been back on doing my Squats seriously this past month or so.

As seen in my journal, I do them once a week along with my other Leg Taining. I do my Squat exercise first.

The weight has been the same at 3 Sets of 6, but last time I went 8 reps with the same weight.

My Legs are still equally sore the past 3 weeks, about 3-4 days to FULL recovery.

I have "Bird Legs" and want to add size.

QUESTION:
What should my Reps/Sets be at before I start moving up the weight? Am I already there or bring it back to 6 Reps? Three Sets fine ?

I also do:
Leg Presses
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Calf Raises
