I recently started training my 16 year old son. He is 6'3 and 150 lbs-- yes I wrote that right- 150 lbs... lordy-- ANYWAY... I really thought that being his MOM, he would pretty much tell me to take a flying leap after 2-3 days but WOW!!! He and I have a GREAT time together and it has REALLY helped us and our relationship. Has anyone else done this? We really get into heavy workouts and hes willing to try just about anything and better yet, HE LISTENS!!!! Who woulda thunk eh? I am also getting the added benifit of knowing he is being trained correctly and wont get hurt showing off with all his highschool buddies. Anyway- would love to hear about other parent/kid teams if anyone has done it.
