Hello,

Weight: 147 lb (66 kg), Height: 5.58 ft (1.70m). Age: 36

I love doing dead lifts. Basically, I'm working out with dumbbells around 5 days a week, 20 min each day. I don't do too much.

My routine:
3 sets (7 reps each set) of Hammer Curl, standing up.
3 set (10 reps each set) of Decline Dumbbell Flyes, lying on a light mattress, on the floor.
3 set (12 reps each set) of Dumbbell Squat

But recently I feel some pain in my spine. It's just a light pain. I can go on with my life without problem, but I am worry about this spine pain. If I don't exercise at all for three days, the pain disappears.

Two days ago, I started to use a dead lift belt, and I feel more secure. That light pain is still there, although it is less than before.

I am worry that I have to give up dead lifting with dumbbells and it has helped my body very much. I think I don't do so much, and I see other guys that can lift things much more heavier... What do you think I have to do in order to continue my exercises?
