It's about 3 inches off of my chest. It's absolutely insane. I can cleanly rack 385 and it will feel like nothing in my hands, but as soon as I start the upward motion, I get stopped and the bar falls back down.

It makes no sense to me. Most people have problems either getting it off the chest or locking the elbows. I do heavy dumbbell work (140's) with more than a full range of motion (weights below pecs) and strict form. I have no sticking point with incline or decline presses or with any shoulder press. It's really bothering me and I can't figure out a solution. My incline press is about to surpass my bench.

I have postponed purchasing a shirt as I feel it will exacerbate the problem.
