When I squat to parallel, my knees are behind my toes, my head is up and my back is straight. However, when I go from parallel to the bottom, my lower back rounds a liitle to account for the angle of my hips.

I'm squatting shoulder width apart and even with a bodyweight squat this happens. I haven't had any problems and it doesn't hurt. I've tried to increase the flexibility as per

but I still get the rounding at the bottom. If it turns out that this is just the way my body works would it be wise to continue training full squats to higher weights?

(My squat is about 275lbs. right now.)

Get a pair of O-lifting shoes.

Thats what i was thinking.

I've been squatting in basic Adidas running shoes.

Olympic lifting shoes or a shoe with a heel in it will help.

Also, do more ab work.

I like squatting in my socks.
