Whats a good pl exercise. I know barbell row is good but last time i did it i strained my rotator cuff. Am i missing something when doing the exercise?

Bend over, pull weight up towards chest/neck area?

I followed the exercise guide for it on the site.

pull towards upper abs pulling toward your chest will make it a fac...

You're going to hurt your shoulder if you're bent over AND pulling it ...

if you use an underhand grip and pull to the upper abs, you won't have...
